30 day / 1000 miles fault based exchange programme

If the car develops a fault within 30 days/1,000 miles of handover and you cannot rectify the issue the customer is entitled to ask to exchange the car, under the following conditions:
• the distance travelled since the delivery date does not exceed 1,000 miles
• the car has not been damaged and/or crashed
• the car is returned in its original condition
• the replacement car is equal to or higher in value than the original purchase
• the car has not already been subject to a replacement
• any costs associated with exchanging the car ie. Change in insurance costs, restructuring of finance agreement, are the responsibility of the customer

After this 3-month period, the full price monthly subscription payment will apply. This offer is valid from July 19th to September 30th 2024, on vehicles from Alfa Romeo, that are technically eligible for the subscription to connected services.

Simply visit the Connected Services Portal. Create an account, add your vehicles VIN number, the online store will then show you what services are available to you.

CONNECTED NAVIGATION

With TomTom connected navigation, you can relax on all your journeys and stay focused on your driving, no matter the surprises traffic may bring. The Connect PLUS pack will facilitate and optimize all your trips. Benefit from remote services that will save you time and free your mind from any constraints! Optimize your trips by anticipating the location of your electric vehicle's charging stations on your route and access the nearest charging stations when needed. Simplify your life by managing your vehicle remotely, for example, to activate heating or air conditioning of your electric vehicle, lock and unlock doors, or turn on your vehicle's headlights with a single click from the dedicated app.

(1) For the subscription to a monthly pack of Connect Plus or Connected Navigation, depending on the eligibility of your vehicle, you can get up to 92% off the monthly price for the first 3 months. After the 3-month period, the usual monthly payment will apply. This offer is valid from July 19th to September 30th, 2024. The discount will be applied upon order confirmation after entering the promotional code ‘SPOTI3M’. The promotional code will only work on the Connected Services websites of Alfa Romeo and must be used to activate exclusive promotions. Promotional codes can only be activated once. If a promotional code is not used during this period, it will expire. The offer is not applicable to fleet or corporate purchases. No cash alternative is available, and the offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Offer subject to availability.
